This app does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that receive your information.
The Mic Test and Decibel Meter tools use your device's microphone, with your permission, solely to measure sound levels and to let you record and play back short test clips. All audio is processed on your device. Sound-level measurements are shown on screen and never leave your phone.
Test recordings you make in Mic Test are saved only in the app's local storage on your device. You can delete them at any time from within the app, and they are removed when you delete the app. They are never uploaded anywhere.
The optional one-time Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.
The app is suitable for all ages and, as described above, collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
